19th - 26th June 2021, Adriatic Sea (Dalmatian Islands Experience)
At the beginning of the summer, I had an amazing opportunity to assist with organizing a unique week on-board Lagoon 40 Catamaran sailing the stunning coastline of Dalmatia & practicing Yoga in remote bays.

We had a comfortable sailing home as well as the experienced captain Teo who showed us some of the local gems.
Zana Dogas, an experienced Dharma Yoga teacher, took care of our daily morning yoga sessions and led us through guided relaxations at some evenings.
I offered a session on Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and assisted with an on board organisation.
Here is a glimpse into how the days looked like:
Morning/Afternoon
Early morning, centering our body and mind with morning pranayama and Dharma yoga practice.
Breakfast, i.e. smoothie, fruits, oats, yogurt, bread/spread (jams, cheese).
Sailing to a new location every day, finding our shelter in small bays. Afternoons open for everyone to enjoy at their own leisure - snorkeling, swimming, reading a book, paddle boarding..
Light vegetarian lunches were served on board.
Evening/Night
Each evening we visited a different bay, town or village. Calming yoga nidra on quiet evenings and some incredible stargazing opportunities through the night. Other evenings we tasted some traditional meals and local wine.
Most of the nights were spent on anchor.

It was an unforgettable week which allowed us to immerse into yoga practice at some incredible locations, meet like minded souls and explore Dalmatian coast.
I hope there will be an opportunity to repeat in future!
