Virabhadra fulfilled the command given by Shiva and cut off the head of King Daksha.
However, when Shiva arrived to the bloody scene of crime, his rage turned into sadness and regret. He decided to miraculously heal Daksha and bring him back to life.
Thereafter, Daksha recognized his own ignorance and honored Shiva for his generous gesture in return.

RESPOND, NOT REACT
To respond is the opposite of reacting as it is and action based on responsibility. Through yoga we learn to pause, reflect and be introspective in order to remain connected in critical situations. This allows us to respond wisely and with consideration.
Pose reminds us to humbly look inward and appreciate the moments of introspection.
