Outdoor YOGA
Split 

Split provides some unique locations for an outdoor Yoga practice. In accordance to the weather conditions, we meet on Obojena Beach or Sustipan Park to connect with our breath and stretch the body on an open-air, by the sea. 

​

Through December 2022, we will be meeting on Obojena Beach on Sundays (10.30 AM) if the weather allows.

DETAILS

Outdoor Yoga Classes are designed to make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience. 

 

We will break down the alignment of basic yoga postures and breathing techniques and build up a solid foundation for your yoga practice.

 

Classes are suitable for beginners, those looking to refresh the fundamentals or develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement in a beautiful outdoor setting.

​

Classes are held in English and range from 60 to 75 mins including breathwork, gentle warm-up, slow flow sequence, and final relaxation.

 

Classes are donations based with recommended donation of 30 KN.

 

Yoga shall be practiced on an empty stomach.

 

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat and a bottle of water with you.
