

THERAPEUTIC YOga
for BUSY MIND
This 4 week course provides the tools and understanding of yoga’s therapeutic role in stress management as well as anxiety treatment.
It addresses physiological and psychological dimensions of anxiety, combining asanas, pranayama, and restorative properties of mindfulness.

CONCEPT
-
During the first week of the course, we learn about anxiety, its background, relation to yoga as well as ways it impacts our lives.

Through week 2 we look into the functioning of our nervous system and ways to alter it so that we can manage stress with greater ease.

Third weeks we focus on our breath and relationship between body and mind.

The last, forth week, we focus specifically on the mind.

Course is limited to 15 participants and suitable to yoga practitioners as well as those with no previous yoga experience.
